Pricing questions
Does the Free plan expire?
No. As long as the company has up to 100 active people, Zizelo is free, with no credit card.
How do you count people?
By the active people in People and access, which come from Google Workspace or manual records. Offboarded people don't count.
What happens if we go over 100?
The dashboard lets you know and shows the right plan. Nothing is blocked and nothing is charged without an explicit contract.
How is Professional paid?
Annually. Our team sends the proposal and payment terms before any charge.
Do market trends use our data?
Only if the owner or an Admin turns participation on. Data goes in aggregated, without the company name, and a vendor only shows up with at least 5 companies.
