Requests arrive by chat
Someone asks for Canva in chat, someone else asks for Notion by email, and nobody remembers what was approved.
Invite people from the company with the Requester role. They ask from the catalog, follow every step by email and don't see contracts or amounts. If the company already has the tool, the request becomes an access request.

One team buys what another team already has, because there's nowhere to look before buying.
The invoice arrives and nobody knows who asked, what for, or whether anyone signed off.
Module
This module runs on top of Zizelo's core: contracts, people and access and opportunities. It doesn't replace the core and isn't sold separately.
It comes on in new workspaces. Under Settings, in the Modules section, you can turn it off and back on.
Under People and access, select people and invite them as Requesters. They join without seeing amounts.
Each request shows whether the company already has something similar. Approving records the contract.
No. The plan counts people at the company, not users. Invite as many people as you like as Requesters.
No. They only see their own requests and the names of the tools the company already has, to request access instead of buying.
The steps follow the annual amount and data use: review always, security with sensitive data, finance from R$ 5k per year and the owner from R$ 20k per year.
Free up to 100 people. The module is one click away under Settings, at no extra cost.
