Zizelo Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-24.7. This English version is a translation; if there is any difference, the Portuguese text prevails. These terms govern the use of Zizelo, a platform for companies to organize their digital tools, people, renewals, domains and ad budgets. By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. These terms are published in Portuguese, the original text, and in this English translation. Operational draft: it must be reviewed by legal counsel before the commercial launch.
1. Who can use Zizelo
Sign-up is for Brazilian companies with an active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number), done by a person authorized to represent the company, with a work email (on the company's own domain). Each CNPJ has a single workspace of its own; other people join by invitation. The same user can belong to several workspaces, for example their own company and clients they manage, always with the authorization of whoever controls each workspace.
2. The service
Zizelo offers an inventory of tools and costs, people and access, renewal tracking, CSV statement import, rule-based opportunities, tasks with checklists and approval, domains and the people responsible for them, ad budgets, digital presence, a monthly report, an audit trail, an events API and read-only connectors to third-party services.
Zizelo sends transactional emails related to the use of the account: password reset code, password changed notice, invitations, welcome messages and the monthly report when a user of the workspace requests it. Whoever creates a company also receives a welcome message from the founder and can unsubscribe at any time. We do not send third-party marketing emails.
The free plan includes the features above, with no expiration date. Paid services, such as a diagnosis and ongoing support from a specialist, will have their own conditions, disclosed before purchase.
3. What Zizelo does not do
- It does not change accounts, licenses, campaigns or settings in the connected services. The connectors only read.
- It does not carry out blocks or offboardings: tasks and approvals record decisions and the checklist; the company carries them out.
- It does not provide, operate or guarantee backup or restoration of third-party data. Backup appears only as a checklist item.
- It does not guarantee savings. Opportunities are rule-based estimates on the registered data and should not be added together; the decision is always the company's.
- It does not provide legal, accounting or tax advice. Ownership of domains and assets is recorded as stated by the user or as shown in the public registry.
4. User responsibilities
- Keep your password confidential and report any misuse immediately.
- Register only data the company has the right to process, on an appropriate legal basis, and inform the people concerned about this processing when necessary. The customer company is the controller of the data in its workspace.
- Set up connectors only with credentials of your own company or of clients who have authorized it, using read-only permissions. When authorization is given on the provider's screen, use an administrator account of your own company; the authorization then applies to the whole workspace and can be revoked by the administrator at any time.
- Grant roles carefully: an Administrator approves and manages users and connectors; a Specialist handles tasks and opportunities; a Reader views.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, do not try to access workspaces you do not belong to, do not overload the API and do not reverse engineer the service to get around security controls.
5. Data and ownership
Data registered or synced in a workspace belongs to the company that owns the workspace. The company can export it and request its deletion. Revoking the access of a user or an agency neither deletes the history nor transfers ownership of the data. The processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy.
To provide support and operate the platform, the Zizelo team may access a workspace's data, including by opening the dashboard in "view as" mode, which shows the workspace as a user sees it. This access is limited to what the support case requires, is recorded in the workspace's own audit trail, marked as done by the team, and is never used to change the acceptance of these terms, passwords or invitations on anyone's behalf.
6. Availability and changes to the service
We try to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or due to third-party failures (hosting, CNPJ lookup, domain registries and connected APIs). Features may be changed or discontinued; changes that affect use will be announced with reasonable notice.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, put the security of the service or of other customers at risk, or when required by law. The company can stop using the service at any time and request the export and deletion of its data.
8. Limitation of liability
Zizelo is provided to support organization and decision-making. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the information displayed, for incorrect data provided by the user or by the connected services, or for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under the law.
9. Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the service changes. Each version is dated. When there is a relevant change, the dashboard asks for acceptance again at the next visit. Acceptance is recorded in the account with the date and the version.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of [judicial district to be defined] are chosen as the venue, except where the law guarantees the user a different venue.
11. Contact
[contact email to be defined].
