Every device with an owner, signed terms and a recorded return
Record laptops, phones, monitors and servers by hand, from a spreadsheet or from the invoice XML. Each item is linked to someone in People, with terms they accept themselves and a change history. At offboarding, the return goes into the task.

The person leaves, access is revoked and the laptop stays with them.
Paper terms get lost
The responsibility terms sit in a folder, with no acceptance date or text version.

What it does
This module runs on top of Zizelo's core: tools, people and access and opportunities. It doesn't replace the core and isn't sold separately.
- Manual records, CSV or XLSX spreadsheets and Brazilian invoice (NF-e) XML
- Owner linked to People, with a history of every change
- Handover and return terms accepted by the person, through a link sent to their email
- Personal devices keep no serial, IMEI or value
- Return and data removal in the offboarding task
- Estimated value by depreciation and a CSV report for the accountant
How to turn it on
Turn on the module
In Settings, under Modules. Turned off, it leaves the menu and opportunities, and the data stays stored.
Record or import
Start from the spreadsheet the company already has or from the purchase invoice XML files.
Record handovers
On the equipment record, register the handover: the terms go to the person's email and the acceptance goes into the history.
Questions about the module
Is Zizelo an MDM?
No. Zizelo does not lock, wipe or install anything on devices. Actions stay in the company's MDM, and Zizelo records what was done.
Do devices come in automatically?
From Google Workspace, yes: with the module on and device reading authorized in the Google connector. The MDM guide shows the integration status for the others.
Does the module change the price?
No. The plan is based on the number of people in the company, and equipment does not count.
