Zizelo is self-funded and built by a lean team. We don't sell data, we don't take money from vendors and we publish our prices. Below are the ten principles that guide the product and the eight commitments we make to everyone who trusts us with their company's spend.
Ten principles
01
Your data belongs to your company.
We keep it so you can work. You take everything whenever you want, on any plan, without asking anyone.
02
Nobody pays us to recommend.
No software vendor pays Zizelo. When we suggest canceling, reducing or switching, the only interest at stake is your company's.
03
We grow with customers.
Zizelo is self-funded. We answer to the people who use and pay for the product, at the pace customers ask for.
04
Published prices, the same for everyone.
Company size sets the price. No backroom discounts, no hidden quotes and no salesperson in the way.
05
A few things, done well.
A small core that takes care of software spend. Everything else is a module you turn on if you need it.
06
Made for Brazil.
Reais, exchange rates and IOF, CNPJ and LGPD from day one, in plain language.
07
Calm.
No ads and no notifications built to hold your attention. We only reach out when there is something to decide.
08
Showing what is done and what is missing.
The Trust Center, the status page and these commitments say what is in effect and what is still missing. What isn't in the code doesn't show up as done.
09
On the customer's side.
The Specialist works for your company, with scope and price in writing and no vendor commissions.
10
The people who build it answer.
Support by email, with a reply within 24 hours, from the people who make the product.
Eight commitments
Each commitment shows whether it is already in effect and where to see the feature that fulfills it. Commitments 2 to 6 are in the Terms of Use, as Zizelo's obligations, and remain in force if the company is sold.
Data is never sold, never used for advertising and never handed to third parties, not even "anonymized" for funds or market databases. The only exceptions are the vendors that run the service on our behalf, listed in the Privacy Policy, and legal orders.
Inventory technical fields are limited to identification, model, OS, encryption, management and last contact; personal devices do not retain serial, IMEI or asset value.
Market trends only use data from those who turn the option on, aggregated and with at least 5 companies per vendor.
If Zizelo stops operating, every customer gets at least 90 days' notice, export is guaranteed for the whole period and data is only deleted after it, with a receipt.
If Zizelo is sold, the notice comes at least 90 days before any change to how data is handled or to these commitments, and anyone who disagrees can export and close the workspace within that period.
The price is published and the same for everyone of the same size. Price changes come with 90 days' notice, existing customers keep their contracted price for 12 months from the notice, and founding customers have their price frozen for 24 months.
What is free today does not stop being free to push an upgrade: no feature leaves the Free plan, and limit changes follow the same notice rules.
Inventory included in exports, with limited collection and no device commands.
A Specialist on the customer's side in effect (commitment 6): each package shows the scope and price before the request, only the owner or an Admin accepts it, and the contract stays in the dashboard, with the dates, status and delivery. Zizelo team members invited into a workspace also only get in with support access authorized, for a set period, and do not sign up, accept or export on the customer's behalf.
Manifesto and the eight commitments published. Commitments 2 to 6 go into section 6 of the Terms of Use, as contractual obligations that remain in force if the company is sold. Team access to the dashboard now depends on the authorization of the owner or an Admin, for 24 hours, 3 or 7 days.
Free exit in effect: "Export everything" under Settings and through the API, on every plan, and 90 days read-only and for export after the workspace is closed.
